Partnerships DAO

Analogous to a limited liability partnership. Several partners are assigned governance weights based on the percentage of capital contribution or other conditions, and the decision proposal needs to pass a certain voting threshold (e.g. 50%) to be implemented, including the introduction of new members.

类似上市的股份有限责任公司。参与 DAO 的成员无限制，只要符合一定的公开条件，比如持有或者抵押某种 Token 等，即可成为 DAO 的成员，并且治理权重根据公开条件计算。

Similar to a Public Limited Company (PLC)

There is no limit to the number of members who can participate in a DAO, as long as they are eligible to become a member of the DAO by meeting some public conditions, such as holding or pledging a certain Token, and the governance weight is calculated based on the public conditions.
