stdlib v12 升级 halley 网络遇到的问题

  1. state get 0x1 0x1::Config::Config<0x1::Version::Version>

返回为0，这是正常的因为halley stdlib版本为latest, 解析就是0

  1. move-js解析时候故障
    访问 https://stcscan.io/halley/address/0x1/codes, 某些info返回值为false,

    这是因为请求太快
