Starcoin 1.0 Upgrade & Transaction Resumption （2）
Dear Starcoin Community,
Starcoin is scheduled to upgrade its mainnet around February 12, restoring transaction functionality. This upgrade will update the StarcoinFramework, introducing features to freeze and burn transactions related to suspicious addresses.
With the assistance of our partner SlowMist, we have identified a list of suspicious addresses. These addresses will be frozen during the upgrade, and their illegally held STC balances are expected to be burned by the end of February.
📌 List of Suspicious Accounts:
We are also working closely with exchanges to facilitate the return of illegally obtained tokens deposited into exchanges, which will be burned together by the end of February. The timeline for STC deposit and withdrawal resumption depends on each exchange’s own schedule.
